Preface 00:58
I woke up confused and lost You made your fate, you had choices. I begin to sink with the cost You can't ignore, You can't avoid it Adrift Surface long enough to sink There's parts of you you don't know yet Breath by breath back from the brink If you don't try you'll never know it Adrift and so i set myself adrift and so i set myself adrift and so I set myself adrift
2.
Leave Now 03:12
Go back to the moment feel frozen the same hear the voice inside saying, leave now over and over agin you can hear it repeating and it sounds like it's true these moments are what you get through It's a game of constricting teasing there's hope pleading forgiveness while threatening rope throwing chairs and hitting with rage in your voice screaming, gaslighting leaving only one choice. Invite in the vampire, shut the door too late There's no way out without going down through the flames. Tried honest compassion tried trying again Tried but it all lead to the same place lead to the same place.. "If you have a bag packed secretly and stashed, it's already time to go. So, leave now. Leave now."

Day by Day 02:47
What I believe is what I will see bending my future til it's on it's knees what I fear in the rearview mirror.. as if running will protect me, at a pace I can't keep It's painting my picture, framing the scene finishing my sentence and blaming me. It's sitting on my chest, pulling on my heart sending panic to my bloodstream til I play the part. Did I separate my body from my mind? My mind is what I'm living through all of the time. I'm riddled with confusion. I'm lost out at sea. I'm torn in all directions hopelessly. It's repeating like an echo until it's all i know. Exhausted by the effort then dragged by the undertow. Did I separate my body from my mind? My mind is what I'm living through all of the time. Am I hesitating or waiting to be wise? What am I moving like stopping is a crime? So it's day by day til you find a way take it day by day by day. Day by day by day.
4.
Too tired to fight, no land in sight Where's my soul on this long dark night Upside down and salt and waves... I am crashing and tumbling under again. You are not alone You are not alone The stars on high, they stir you to the east. No way to avoid the belly of the beast Except to shout out "Adjutor! Keep my head above! I promise if I make it i'll be light and love." You are not alone You are not alone You are not alone You are not alone You are not alone You are not alone You are not alone
5.
The Body 03:56
It's ancient Art between mind and heart learned like the beasts fight, flight, and freeze. The body keeps chemical memories The body keeps what you won't release. It's ancient Art to know where to start. Pushed down to hide all those tears inside. The body speaks when you get weak It will lay you down and turn you all around. You can't hold it back forever It will show itself somehow, some way. It's modern Art to fall apart to trash the place and blame Descartes. The body knows what lies below you try, you try, but you can't deny. You can't hold it back forever. It will
6.
Shame 02:51
The shame of it it tortured me a private little hell I lost myself I got real small and said I'd never tell. How do I get out of it? Spiralling in the doom and gloom? The life I live it's no one else's, I know it's just my own. What I do with it? A pilgrimage to find I'm not alone. My lonliness it serves me well like a scallop shell from home. A journey stretched out step by step til I feel it in my bones. How do I get out of it? Spiralling alone in a room Thought I was done with it? Spiralling in the doom and gloom Who's gonna save you if you don't save yourself Who's gonna make you choose you, choose yourself Who's gonna take you by the hand, understand You've got to choose you, choose you, choose yourself If I waited another day to be vulnerable and say that's the last time I'll betray When I get to choose I will choose the truth.
7.
Adrift 04:46
Adrift in doubt questions about the way ahead I was lost in the crashing waves So I sat every day June til May Breathing Perceiving The hell I had made a tragic parade but if it's all a lie, then who am I? If we're all a part then where do I start? If we're light in the dark an heir to the spark, a role in the mystery of being... I got sharp and aware turned to prayer started seeing believing in the signs and dreams revealing things truth and peace stillness, release, the love inside, the stretching of time, and then it all fell away... There are things beyond words but it in simplified terms we've always known it's just hard to get there without breaking things and archetypal wings but I bathed in light and the grace of ancestors... And they whispered When you search you'll find a way Every day, day by day When you search you'll find a way Every day, day by day When you search you'll find a way Every day, day by day When you search you'll find a way Every day, day by day Day by day by day Day by day by day Day by day by day Day by day by day
8.
When you're a long way from comfort and the memory of home brings you pain When you're lost on your way, child. I'm never far away. I'll leave for you the essence of what I know to be true. There's love and loss of it and the rest is up to you.
